Your child isn't unmotivated.
The method doesn't match how they think.

Elite Tutor 2.0 is not a tutoring company. We diagnose how your learner processes information, then align everyone in their ecosystem to that diagnosis. Three diagnostics. One governed system.

"Your mind didn't betray you. It just needed the right system."

Three diagnostics. One system.

We diagnose the learner. We align the tutor. We position the parent. Each instrument carries its own lane. None of them work alone.

The learner

CSG

Clarity Success Guide

A diagnostic that reveals how a learner processes information. Where they perform naturally. Where structural collapse points sit. The foundation everything else builds from.

TAG

Tutor Alignment Guide

Translates the CSG into a tutor-ready playbook. Ranked priorities, mark impact, do-not-cover lists. Every tutoring hour targeted at the highest-return gaps.

The environment

PAG

Parent Alignment Guide

A structural diagnostic of the home learning environment. Not parenting advice. We identify how to adjust the conditions so the learner can show up to the work.

Four stages. Four questions. One ladder.

Every learner moves through the same four questions. Different stages hold different intensity. Pricing reflects the diagnostic depth at each layer.

01

KNOW

"Who am I really?"

The diagnostic foundation. The Clarity Success Guide™ surfaces processing type, learning preferences, and growth edge. Without this, every intervention downstream is opinion.

BECOME

"What actually fits me?"

Subject choice for Grade 8 to 9 learners. The CSG diagnostic combined with regulated psychometric assessment. The alignment is no longer guesswork.

Your Psychometric Practitioner
Eric McAlister
BSocSci(Hon) Cum Laude · Psychometry Cum Laude · HPCSA Registered Psychometrist (PMT 0102938)

Eric administers regulated psychometric instruments, producing an objective assessment of aptitude, interest, and personality, separate from coaching opinion or self-report.

Without the psychometric layer, the alignment is opinion. With it, it is evidence.

"What is stopping me?"

The Gap Intensive. A 3-week diagnostic-led performance intervention for learners stuck at the same mark range. Paper cycles, reflection, tutor briefs, parent check-ins. Evidence-led, not effort-led.

NAVIGATE

"Where am I going?"

Career Clarity for Grade 11 to 12, gap year, and post-matric learners. Full career trajectory integrated with diagnostic and psychometric data. The R100,000 question, answered with evidence.

Three entry points, depending on the question.

Each diagnostic has its own scope. Each scope has its own price. No bundling, no upsells. The work that fits the question, costed at the work it takes.

When the system lands,

Not testimonials in the marketing sense. Records of what families say after the diagnostic resolves something they had stopped trying to name.

Her confidence has grown: no more anxiety around maths. Term 4 overall: 75%, and her highest maths mark yet. Thank you for the support.

The profile felt incredibly accurate: it reflected my strengths and weaknesses clearly. The study guide also felt perfectly tailored to my personality and learning style.

Elite Learner
Saint Albans Highschool

Four steps. One outcome.

No work begins without a signed scope. That discipline is part of what makes the work hold.

Scope

A 30-minute scoping conversation establishes which diagnostic fits the question, what the timeline looks like, and where the boundaries sit.

Diagnose

The diagnostic is administered. Patterns are surfaced. The learner sees their own processing profile for the first time, often with relief.

Intervene

The diagnosis becomes a brief. Tutors are aligned. Parents are positioned. The learner is given the tools to see their own patterns.

Transfer

Self-awareness is the deliverable. By the end, the learner does not need us to know what to do next. They have the system in their own hands.

What parents ask first.

Is this tutoring?
No. We do not teach content. The CSG is a diagnostic. The TAG briefs your existing or matched tutor. The PAG positions the home environment. Where content tutoring is needed, it is handled in its own lane, by the right tutor, briefed by us.
How is this different from psychometric testing?
Psychometric assessment is a regulated layer administered by our HPCSA-registered psychometric partner where indicated. The CSG is a diagnostic-led practice tool that reveals how the learner processes information. The two are complementary. We use both where the case warrants it.
What grades do you work with?
The CSG is designed for Grade 5 onwards. Subject Choice products are calibrated for Grade 8 to 9. Career Clarity products are for Grade 11 to 12, gap year, and post-matric. The Gap Intensive runs from Grade 5 through Matric and post-matric rewrite.
Do you guarantee marks improvement?
No. We guarantee diagnostic clarity, structural intervention, and a learner who knows where they sit and what to do next. Marks follow from there. The case studies on this site demonstrate what that produces in practice.
How long does a diagnostic take?
The CSG Clarity Report is delivered within 5 business days of intake. The Gap Intensive runs over 3 weeks. Career Clarity is typically scoped over 2 to 4 weeks depending on tier and family availability.
What happens after the diagnostic?
The diagnostic is a foundation, not a finish line. From the CSG, families typically progress into Subject Choice, Gap Intensive, or Career Clarity depending on the learner's stage and the question on the table. We brief, you decide.

The first conversation is always the same.
What is the question on the table?

Book a 30-minute scoping conversation. We'll establish which diagnostic fits the question and where the work begins.
